Alexander has been musically inclined since before he was born, when he would start kicking when people sang out of tune in church! He has been singing in choirs since 1996, and playing French Horn since 2005.

 

While studying at Boise State University, he began teaching voice lessons and became a professional singer, singing Christmas Carols with Fortissimo Entertainment Services, and at services for St. Micheal's Episcopal Cathedral. Also, in 2017, he was selected to attend the Open Jar Institute in New York City.

 

After graduating with a BA in Theatre Arts, performance emphasis and a minor in music, he then lived in Florida for a year, teaching voice lessons and working as a "Singing Server".

 

Now back in Boise, he continues to sing professionally with St. Michael's and is planning to sing with Fortissimo Entertainment Services again this Christmas season, and with Opera Idaho in the coming year.
